Apparently Vancouver ranks #2 in number of coffee shops nationwide (on per capita basis), ahead of Portland and Seattle.

Good thing I love coffee! We're making our retirement move out there this summer, and we look forward to checking some of these shops out. Any favorites? (Please do tell what is special about it.)

In downtown Camas there is Caffe Piccolo which is my wife's favorite: Caffe Piccolo They have great baked goods which are brought in from I'm not sure where. And rotating local art on the walls. Nice place to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Also a new-ish coffee roaster and coffee shop called Hidden River Roasters that is across the street from the library: https://hiddenriverroasters.com/

Around the East Vancouver area it mostly seems to be the chain shops like Starbucks and Petes but there are a few local places hidden away like Di Tazza on 192nd and 20th: Di Tazza
