Two weeks when we came back from being down south I went to Winco and it was a mad house. Every cart was being used and lines wrapped around to the back of the store.

Yesterday, I went to the same Winco (off 99th) and it was very quiet and hardly anyone in the store. The shelves were stocked and the only thing that was sold out was paper products, toilet paper, paper towels etc.

I've been tempted to go to Costco but dont want to risk running into hordes of people or long lines, anyone been lately? The news still shows various Costco's with huge lines, that's why I ask and its clear across town

Been there a few times. No lines unless you go at opening. They are super vigilant about crowd control and it is spaced out with wider aisles than other stores. They have everything but TP, bulk rice and beans, and clorox wipes and other sterilization supplies.

I'm talking about the East Vancouver/Camas one. I don't know about the other one on Padden Parkway.

I think the news is showing Costcos in other regions of the country where populations are larger and Costco is more scarce.

Thanks, I appreciate it! Never been to East Vancouver Costco, I'd guess its similar to the one on Padden.

Usually not as crowded in my experience. I live by the East Vancouver Costco but used to drive by the one on Padden on my daily commute so hit either one frequently. The Padden one is usually a bit more crowded in my experience, I think because it is closer to I-205 so gets all the rural traffic from points north plus all of West Vancouver.
