Is there anyone that could give an honest and accurate comparison between the weather in Vancouver/Camas area and eastern Tennessee and maybe even compare with Spokane too?

Mostly the warm weather and humidity, the cold and amount of snow, how long the grey skies really last, and if there are any freezing temps?

Thank you in advance

Depends on where in East TN. I have family living there. Normally several snow falls in Winter, but the snow is usually gone in a day as it is a light snow fall. Maybe once year it will be around for several days and longer in a shady area. Not many below freezing days, but it can get down at night. Usually not too cloudy either. Now if you lived IN the mountains instead of in many of the valley areas, it will be colder. Usually more sun in Winter than in WA. Being further South than WA the weather is milder. Yes humid in Summer, but usually not in the evening or night. Mid Summer the worst, but not as bad as say Southern FL.
