register your business vehicle in OR (You will need a physical addy + proof of insurance from this addy)
register your personal vehicle in state of residency (or don't have a personal vehicle).
Don't get caught paying personal residence utilities in WA and driving to work from WA in a personal vehicle registered in OR.
Drive a beater... works for me... 50 mpg since 1976 ($35 car, no dinosaurs (fossil fuels) required) Sales tax is under $3. for this rig. Insurance, license, tires... pretty cheap too, and I never have to worry about it getting stolen or scratched.
