Yes! It's in "The Vegetarian Meat & Potatoes Cookbook" by Robin Robertson, pg. 296 for the burgers and pg. 311 for the sauce. I can't reproduce the recipe here because of copyright issues, but I'm sure the book can be easily found. Also, Robin's website, Robin Robertson | Global Vegan Kitchen | Vegan Recipes | Vegetarian Recipes has a list of her books and some terrific recipes as well.

My wife would say Mac and Cheese. Personally I love Bean soup in the winter. It cant be beat

www.allrecipes.com has really good recipes for any type of meal

Black beans and rice. You can add chopped veggies like peppers and onions and tomatoes, or you can do it my lazy way and mix the beans with a good salsa that you like.

It can be vegan that way or you can put shredded cheese and/or sour cream on it and mix it in.

I'm not a vegetarian but sometimes I have vegetarian days, and I also like to see how cheaply I can eat sometimes.

I just like this, though.
