Tofu Press (purchase, how to, contain)

I would like to purchase a tofu press, does anyone have a recommendation for a certain brand?

I bought the tofu express on Amazon. It works nicely, but I can't figure out how to get all the tofu flat and even. I usually wind up with one side flat and the other side not as squished. So I pour out the liquid half way through and reverse the lid in the middle. But it is very sturdy, and works great, and when I'm done pressing I just marinate it in the same container.
