It's so easy that some purists might object. But I want to celebrate too!
2 packages of Boca Crumbles
2 bags Stew Veggies frozen - mix of carrots potatoes turnips celery - what ever they have will work)
4 cups of slices potatoes. ( I used canned and the world did not end)yes, more potatoes!
I cup diced celery and onions
1 T veggie mite or brown gravy bullion, Veggie bullion in a paste will also too.
1 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup vegan beer (most are with the exception of Guinness not made in North America)
1 Bay leaf crumbles.
Defrost everything.
Saute crumbles and celery and onion in Earth balance or oil.
Add other ingredients.
Add more broth as needed. Thicken with flour if desired. Cook on low for 45 minutes.
Of course you can change the protein. This was what was available.
The veggies are flexible
It would be better if the potatoes were fresh, peeled and sliced first but I was in a hurry.
