Like I mentioned earlier, there is a plethora of vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan "shows" on YouTube. Everything from near TV quality to total amateur productions, so lots to choose from.

In all honesty, the same can be said about watching someone chop up some meat and vegetables! Dare I say this, but I never watch any sports games. To me, you've seen one hockey game, you've seen them all. Or baseball, football, etc. I'm not into sports, and watching a game on TV or in person all seems the same, even if they're different teams, players, stadiums, etc. To me, that's just about as boring as your example of watching someone chop up some vegetables and stir in some kind of bean or grain. But to some people, each one is different! I'll probably be flamed for using that sports example now.
But seriously, the possibilities are endless, both with vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, soups, desserts, etc. Each one is different and has a different flavor and appearance.
I did not mean it to sound mean. I guess if there were such a cooking show, I would know what kind of variety was out there.
Where we used to live, there was a market called Mustard Seed Market, that had a good restaurant with abundant vegetarian food. It was very good, but I have no idea what was in it, nor do I have a clue how to make it.
There's a lot to a stage personality in these shows. For example, there's a man who does a juicing show on youtube. I've grown to like his personality. I think he's raw vegan but he also has an amazing garden and he sells juicers (Omega VRT). But he has that personality that's captivating in some ways.
I'd also like to see more sustainable gardening shows. But mostly would like to see creative shows on more complex vegan dishes. That's a challenge for the food network chefs.
