I am assuming you are a vegan, right? Being I am not even a vegetarian I don't have a good answer, but we all have times we slip or we re-consider. For me, it happens to be my trying to restrict my carbs and I am doing a darn good job, but yes, there are times when I have a 1/2 piece of toast, a ear of corn, maybe a small potato. And yes, I know I have given into temptation, so what do I? Get over it and pick up the next day.

Forgive yourself. If everyone ate the way you did the world would be a better place for animals.

agree, and if everyone were as thoughtful of what they were eating, the world would be closer to a heaven.

At least your body didn't have a violent reaction like mine would. Once you quit dairy for awhile, like a few weeks or months and "slip up" the results are usually diarrhea, possible vomiting, lethargy, constipation, headache, and more. Its not because I'm allergic to dairy, its because its terrible for you. I was born and raised on dairy for around 30 years.

I just ate a slice of cheese pizza for the first time after a year. I feel horrible. Hopefully I won't get the reaction you mention. D

Maybe that's the bad feeling we're talking about, though! Dairy horrors are a many-splendored thing!

I'm not vegetarian but I'd feel that way about veal or factory-farmed animals or eggs.
