I have a VITAMIX. just so you know it's not a juicer but you can make smoothies with veggies and fruit.

You may want to check out the Breville compact juice fountain It's about $75 compact and very easy to clean.

I also have another machine for my my citrus.

* not to go off topic The Virgin Diet is for vegetarians, vegans and meat lovers. PBS had a fundraiser and I got mine with a DVD and it's a very good read. I like to suggest you check out Kimberly Snyder Beauty Detox

Talloolla Vitamix has special spatulas that go between the blades to clear thick dips like guacamole and humas

After all these years I still love my Vitamix. I bought mine in the mid 2000s and although they sent me a plastic container, I was able to send it back and get stainless steel. Somehow if I'm going to be making hot soups I didn't want to do it in plastic.

It's great for dicing the veggies to use in recipes but as for the smoothies, I'm in a rut. I usually make a banana rice milk smoothie or blueberry or strawberry. Sometimes I make chocolate rice milk and add a packet of something like Natural Calm. That's about all I have, very limited. In summer there are extra tomatoes and it's easy to make tomato juice. I envy those creative people who throw a little bit of this and a little bit of that and presto! A beautiful delicious nourishing drink!
