Chick'n parm made with Quorn and Chick'n Dijon.

Two of my favorites.

I use MorningStar Farms Grillers Recipe Crumbles in tacos and pasta sauce.

I've used veggie sausages in a few dishes, but I found the frozen packaged kind to be much too salty. I used to live near a Whole Foods that had veggie sausages behind the glass counter that looked and tasted like all of the other sausages there, but the one I go to occasionally now doesn't have them. I didn't see Field Roast the last time I was there, but next time I go, I will look again. I'd love to saute sausage and green peppers like my mama used to make.

One of my favorite dishes with a meat analogue is Veganomicon's "Seitan Picatta With Olives and Green Beans". Here's the recipe:
http://www.food.com/recipe/seitan-pi...n-beans-396284

You can just buy the seitan, but I've learned to make it and it's better freshly made. The dish is basically breaded and pan fried seitan served on mashed potatoes, with green beans and an olive/caper/lemony parsley-type sauce. Really good stuff.

I also like to make lasagna with Field Roast's "Italian"-type sausages ground up in the sauce.

I like using Boca version of ground meat to make tacos, nachos, and burrito bowls. Add some spice to it and it's delicious!

My boyfriend made Gimmie lean sausage and local farm eggs a few weeks ago. Surprisingly the sausage was delicious compared to when I had it once a few years ago.

Quorn chicken nuggets and patties taste better than regular chicken nuggets and patties. It's good if you're craving a fast food type of meal. The problem is that Quorn isn't vegan since it contains egg whites in the products.

I made bacon grilled cheese with guacamole using MorningStar soy bacon a few times..not too shabby. I enjoy it.

This isn't technically a meat analog, but I really like making BBQ tofu in place of BBQ chicken. BBQ tofu pizza is da bomb! hehe

I think that Gardien is as good as Quorn, and it's products are vegan.
