Just wish there were some stores we could walk into without having internal battles over avoiding delicious but unhealthy foods.

Maybe there are some truly WHOLE FOODS stores.

Do you know of any?

What does this have to do with vegetarian foods? Whole Foods sells meat, too.

In other news, water is wet.

The reality is that eating right requires that you think about it, and what one person considers "healthy" another does not. There is no universal truth to eating right, other than eating foods as close to their natural state and with as little processing as possible.

I'd guess that farmers markets would have less food in a box.
