Has anyone here used the basic Italian sauce Sugo Finto as a base sauce for their vegetarian/vegan dish? If so, do you have any recipes you'd like to share?
It is really delicious, and for those looking for a taste similar to meat, but are looking to go meatless, this sauce can actually fool even meat lovers, imho.
It's great with pasta, or beans, and many other recipes like chili. Any to share fellow posters?
