that do not contain sodium(I have high blood pressure) and potassium (I have kidney disease). I am only asking about any kind of vegan chips. I am not asking about fruits, vegetables, or nuts.

Do you mean chips like a tortilla chip? Potato chip?

I like to make my own tortilla chips for eating with bean dips, etc. You can use either the small corn or flour tortillas and just cut them up into triangles, lightly spray with olive oil, and bake until lightly browned. Less salt, less fat.

Sometimes I make my own tortillas first with high protein flours (garbanzo, etc) then make chips, but sometimes I don't have the time to do so.

Making your own might help with being able to control the sodium and potassium as long as you read the label on the tortillas first to make sure it works for you.

Good luck!
