Tried purchased Morningside Chickpea burgers, and Black bean, just ok IMO...flavor was good but the consistency I didn't care for...

...thinking homemade could be really delicious and healthy...I've had a bb burger in a restaurant that was delicious.

What are your favorite bought burgers or homemade burgers?

Thanks

These are the ones we make, with tweaks (eggs in place of the flax meal, almond flour in place of some of the oat), and freeze a bunch:

About to make a batch today, as a matter of fact.

Beyond Burger is the only one I will make at home. (I've tried dozens of others)

Can't wait for the day Impossible Burger is sold in stores! (coming this year)

I absolutely LOVE these black bean burgers: https://solcuisine.com/products/****...k-bean-burger/

They also make a mushroom one which I *should* love (I adore mushrooms) but I sincerely loathe them. The spicy black bean burger linked above, though, is delicious.

I use 2. And today I didn't use oat flour at all. I used 1/4 each of almond and coconut flours, just because that's what I have.

We tried BOCA vege burgers and liked them. The texture is good. By the time you put one in a bun with all the condiments and fixings, it looks and tastes good.
