As I replied before, you can't replace dairy cream's fat with a plant based one. It is irreplaceable without adding dangerous carcinogens to make plant based fat into a cream substance that doesn't dissolve with hot liquids. If you mix pure raw oat or coconut milk to hot coffee it cooks and become pasty. They have to blend palm oil to make it stable. Learn to drink black or go back to dairy, there's no true replacement for cows milk taste and consistency. Not even human milk.

I'm using Trader Joe's oat milk, presently - but I hear that Oatly is better: https://us.oatly.com/

I tried the plant pod creamer and it was HORRIBLE. Honestly - gawdawful. I threw it away.

Don't worry; I'm pretty sure nobody here was planning to add human milk to their coffee

Default Homemade Cashew Coffee Creamer

This is excellent! Don't let anyone tell you that you can't have rich and creamy with plant-based ingredients! This recipe comes from Kitchen Treaty.

Soak 1 cup raw cashews in 2 cups boiling water for 20 min. or cold water for 4 - 6 hours.
Drain, and rinse cashews, put in blender with 1 cup filtered water, 1 tsp vanilla (optional) and pinch salt (optional).
Done!
Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days. You may need to shake it a bit if it sits long as it will separate.

There is MCT creamer from Nutiva which suppose to be good for you?
You may try it- if you don’t like it - you could use it in baking something or use it in the pancakes batter?
USDA organic, keto, GF, dairy free, vegan

1 can of full fat coconut milk, empty into a blender, mix it up and pour into jar and refridgerate.

THIS IS DELICIOUS... It's thick and creamy and has a gentle flavor that will enhance your coffee.

It's not a hard task to get this much reward. You're going to love it!
