I am 60 I was pregnant with DD at age 39 I was at gyn/ob he old school dr he says eat everything in moderation and of good nutrition. No diet, baby needs food.
Baby had me with craving of 1 food that I ate as a snack little slice each time.

I home cook daily from fresh foods, fresh fruits & veggies etc.

If you eat a healthy vegetarian diet ordinarily, then just do that. I’m not a vegetarian, but I know a young woman who has had two big healthy babies in the past few years, and nursed them each for a year or more, on her usual vegetarian diet. No special diet except for prenatal vitamins.
