Spices - Salt, pepper, maybe a little onion powder. Who knows? Maybe a little ground sage. Just experiment and let us know!

There is no such thing as having hash browns w/o putting Louisiana Hot Sauce liberally on them. It may even be against the law. When you're making them, you NEED Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce.

I can’t imagine cooking crispy hash browns without some onion in there. Then give me some hot sauce and an egg over easy plopped right on top.

Default Classic Butter

Certainly! One delicious way to top your hash browns is with some classic butter and ingredients like crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and cheese. Now, speaking of breakfast, have you ever wondered about the best way to reheat fried rice? I had a friend once share a great tip - they used the microwave with a small bowl of water to keep it from drying out. It worked like a charm!

Throw in some bell pepper and you've got a Jersey diner breakfast--'Peps & Eggs'.

If they don't have Louisiana Hot sauce on them, then they aren't hash browns, they're something else.
