Candied filbert nuts with pepper added (he also made them with jalapenos!) I recently had some at a local farmers' market, totally vegan, and they were wonderful. The guy also hand made chocolate-covered berries and kids' lollipops - all kinds of flavors.

Celery sticks w/peanut butter are a great standy. I also like strips of whole grain bread lightly fried in olive oil. That tastes great with sliced apples and oranges!

I had this the other day, only substituted flax seeds in place of nutritional yeast. It's wonderful!

Has anyone had Morningstar Farms spinach bites or broccoli cheddar bites?
I love those things. Sometimes eat as snacks and sometimes as a main course for my meal. Yummy!

I also eat pieces of Morningstar Farms bacon strips instead of potato chips or corn chips. Just two or three strips do the trick.

This summer, I have been enjoying cherries, blackberries, nectarines and pecans for snacks.

Do you have Amy's brand where you live, mollyblythe? I do the same, eat their snack items for a main course that is. I prefer Amy's over Morningstar because they have so many vegan options. A snack item and a small salad makes for great summer meals.

We have so much fresh fruit available now it's heavenly! That's what I primarily eat for snacks, anyway.

During winter, I have steamed rice with fruit. Or steamed rice with sliced bananas and warmed hemp or rice milk - great for breakfast or snack time!
