I subscribe to Adventure magazine and I was at first quite thrilled to read this...but it's deceiving. Turns out they picked a best place to live in each state of the country...and they chose Las Vegas as their all around favorite!

Most of the places rated or "best" places to live or do whatever are quite a bunch of BS. Not to snub Montpeculiar, I mean Montpelier, it's just that magazine surveys or ratings never seem to really reflect mainstream folks.
