Hoping to get some good referrals. Right now we don't have much to go off of except google and we're not having much luck. We have some rotting wood in a crawlspace wall that needs to be fixed and a faux brick veneer needs to be removed from an exterior wall and replaced with siding.

Try going to a small building supply place (NOT Home Depot) and ask at the desk. It looks like you have a True Value in Milton so I would try them. Probably they have a bulletin board somewhere with a lot of business cards. Usually the people at the sales counter have their ear to the ground and can recommend contractors who have accounts with them.
