Looking to potentially build a reproduction colonial home in the White River Junction area. Does anyone have any experience or know someone who has had a reproduction home built in this area and can recommend potential builders?


Names I have come across so far that might still be building (any opinions or examples of their work would be great appreciated)

We did some research into Connor Homes years ago, and I feel like there were some issues that we found but they pertained to the original owner - they are now owned by someone else. We never got much further than research stage but there was a connor build home in the area we looked at that was for sale and it looked great (again, years ago).

Connor Construction is up here in Montpelier and they have a good reputation. I know Fred a little bit and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him. I think the kind of houses they generally build are compatible with your vision, so it's worth sitting down with them.
