I would imagine that BnJ's is a progressive company, anyone know if it's a good company to work for?

I've never heard a single complaint, and I've certainly known a number of people who work there. But it's not the company it was.

I know two young guys I'm in the guard with who work at their northern plant. So far I know that a fringe benefit is a considerable amount of free ice cream. I'll have to ask how good their health and dental plans are since if they even consume a fraction of all that good ice cream they will need it.

I've never heard anything negative about working there either. As flu mentioned, you get lots of free ice cream!

Default "not the compant it used to be"

Chaz, can you explain a bit more about this? I've heard things like how it's changed since Dove bought it, but I'm not sure what's truth/false. Tell me all you know please, as well as some resources (if you know of any) to further my own research. I wanna work there too but don't want to work for a bad company. thanks!

About 7 years ago or so it was bought by Unilever a huge Dutch food conglomerate. From what I have heard it's still a good company to work for but it's not the small Vermont company that used to sponsored the free music festival every summer at Sugarbush, for example. They are going to be building a large manufacturing plant in the midwest to service the western US so some of their ice cream will not be Vermont made.

They claim to be "all natural" when some of their ice cream has artificial flavors. Still, it's darn good.
