hi-does anyone know where i can get service on electric radiant heat
panels, or anyone in heating business that knows about these..my ski condo has this type of heat ; the controller says
Radiant Heat of Burlington vt . the condo was built around 1985 or so;
seems to be no company of that name currently.
...by the way this type of heat seems very competitve with nat gas or propane currently

i think my highest electric (heating) bill this winter was $400(for 2000 sq ft condo)
including lights and water heater

others in my complex went to propane
as eventually they say these radiant units begin to fail

also;i love the electric heat- no furnace, no radiators to deal with

any comments

The management company or association officers should be able to refer you to a qualified tech. So would the professional property inspector who performed the pre-purchase inspection. I'd also call the electric company.

Good luck!
