Hmmm, my guess it's Tennessee. Very popular place. In the past decade, it has experienced tremendous growth from people leaving both the east and west coasts. A lot of Californians have moved there. Is my guess correct, GMF?

The Crossville/Cookeville area continues to be the retirement destination of choice for many of those who relocate from other states.

Correct it is Tennessee. I live in the suburbs of Nashville, from my door to downtown Nashville is 20 minutes. The whole middle Tennessee area is great.

I would go north, either northern Maine or British Columbia. But I'm not likely ever to leave.
