Hello and good day,
I'm a mature (39 y/o), newly-minted physician continuing my training at FAHC/UVM beginning in July, 2010, contract signed. It's been a long road, but after 20 years I've finally secured my dream of moving to N. VT and am hoping to find a fitting housing opportunity that, if enjoyable, will be steady income for you for at least three years (the duration of my training). I'm single, have no pets, am a non-smoker/drinker, no drama. Flawless housing and legal history, numerous references, with local personal family. Progressive politically, practicing a vegetarian and avidly environmental lifestyle. Core hobbies include mtn biking, telemark skiing, hiking, VW repair (old and new, specializing in modern diesels running on alternative fuels), birding, organic gardening, reading. I do not own a television. My ideal context: a modest cabin, camp, farm house or barn (with dwelling within) with garage space for my infinite tinkering energies. Privacy and natural surroundings a must! I have a very high tolerance for 'roughing it' and have easily lived off-grid before, very excited about 'rustic' opportunities (wood heat, passive solar, solar/wind on site, radiant heat, etc). Am interested *only* in stand-alone, independent living; no condos or apartments will be considered, and absolutely no roommates or shared living (sorry). Preferably within 30-45 minutes of Burlington. Thank you for your time and happy holiday season to you and yours.

Peacefully,
T

ps- This may look familiar as this is a reposting from last year. I had to delay my relocation d/t initial internship year training in MA.
