Is there something I am missing? When I click on download it gives me a 2MB file called Fallout NV CODE that just requires you to login to verify you bought the game and thats it!!! Where can I get the real data for the game

You have to validate that with your Steam account (or create one) and it will give you the access to download it.

Thanks, just did that 10 minutes ago after contacting tech support. Downloading very fast at 1.5 MB/s and can't wait to start playing

Seems Gamestop pay server is having problems. I just checked my bank account and found that I have more money than I thought I did. After checking what I bought with what was on my account, it seems that the game I bought, Fallout 3 New Vegas has vanashed from my bank account and the money I spent on it has been returned to me

Seems that way. It has been pending ever since I bought it online and just today was erased, returning my funds to my account. I do not know if it will reapear but if it does not then yes I just got a free game.
