I know this is an old thread, but I just realized that a section for Video Games exist. Duh!

I have played Guild Wars, Champions Online, DC Online (got rid of the PC game, now have the PS3 version) and City of Heroes/Villains.

My favorite is BY FAR City of Heroes/Villains. I just love the style, gameplay, in-game tasks and marketplace items, everything. My husband got me hooked on it. I only play really on the weekends when there's time, but man. Now that it's free-to-play too, the servers are always so crowded. Makes it easy to get a good team!

14 is beautiful, but lacking content. I play mainly because it is free to play at the moment. I probably won't ever pay a subscription for it.

Lord of the rings is probably my favorite because it fits my casual play style the best. I can sign on for an hour and actually get something accomplished. I can still have fun without needing to play 20+ hours a week or feeling like it's another job.

I never cared for guilds that had stricter attendance policies than my employer.
Are you still playing Final Fantasy 14? I am. But I heard they will start charging. Even so, I'm a huge fan of the FF series, so I may continue to play it, but may have to cancel Rift if I do...

Now that they have Chocobo and the spaceship, FF 14 has made a significant improvement. But the lag drives me crazy.

The only ones I've played extensively were Asheron's Call (early 2000s) and World of Warcraft (2005 to present.)

I've been playing on and off, but haven't had a chance to log on in a couple months. I've heard about the paying too, but also heard rumors they may only start charging new accounts right now (existing accounts would still be free).

I love the FF series too and this game did an excellent job with the graphics, it'd nice to have some great gameplay to go with it.
