I have mostly positive, a few negative, feelings on the beta right now - it plays faster, you die quicker. Although it's more realistic you also find incredible kill (and death) rates - 40 or 50 per match. That's crazy. I do wish they would reduce weapons damage. The indoor confined subways is definetly different from the spacious outdoor BFBC maps and I was having some dreaded "COD" fears. I can adapt however, after a few play throughs it's getting better and more fun. It's definetly NOT BF trying to be COD. I really enjoy the "feel" of the weapons.
Laying prone is a new feature (compared, again, to BFBC). Didn't like it at first, now I love it. Ads an aditional tactical element. I adapted.
Sniper scope reflections - I love it. Lazy snipers - your game is over, or learn to relocate alot. Finally, I think BF may have just solved the lazy player not contributing to the team/sniper problem.
Flashlight add-on - undecided on this feature. They seem overly bright.
There are some bugs noted - hit detection in PS3 particularly on the run, some gaps in the first set of crates where you fall underground (and people taking advantage of this glitch).
People are complaining about the graphics. I don't. It's a compressed downloadable beta with purposely downgraded graphics. The final graphics will be incredible, I have no doubt.
People are leveling up fast. After a day of being out I saw some players at level 20 as if they have been playing non-stop for 24 hours. Don't they have a life? I do hope they will balance that and slow the leveling.
Lots of COD players that don't understand the game right now. Running and gunning (and dying alot), no one understanding how to arm or defend the crates, no one working as a team. That's normal, should change when the game is on the market.

BF3 is coming back with mixed reviews. It handles sloppy or slow.
MW3 well, nobody knows anything about that game. Well probably have to pay $60 to Beta test that like we did Black Ops.
Where have you seen BF3 reviews ? I didn't know anyone got their hands on the full game.
I doubt MW3 will have any major technical problems, it's the same old engine after all, right ?
BF3 beta is, supposedly, based on an old build. Also supposedly, most of the bugs we hear about have already been eliminated. I'll believe when I see it, but looking back at previous DICE games, I'm an optimist.
