Barring MS Flight Simulators and auto racing games, can somebody recommend a first person game that doesn't involve killing people?

Mike Tyson Punchout
Myst
Mario 64 (you don't kill people, but you do kill goombas)
Virtua Tennis

That's all I have for now. I don't really play them anymore, but they are some of my all-time favorites.

Do you people mean the original Myst or the version that's an actual 3D walk-through environment? I've heard the latter isn't quite as good as the original.

Thief: The Dark Project. On the harder modes, you can actually fail the whole mission if you kill anyone.

I just started playing Driver San Francisco. It's not auto racing but it's seems like everything involves driving around. It has awesome graphics and if they modeled San Francisco on computer then it's a visual treat.

I guess GTA doesn't count.

I vote for the original Myst.
Nothing quite like it.

The original. I haven't played the 3D one.

Mirror's Edge was pretty good. It all about running away instead of shooting...but it's got enough movement going on in it to make even veteran gamers feel a little bit queasy after a while...
