What video game do you think has the best music? (video games, instrumental)

I say that Grand Theft Auto Vice City has the best music. No other game comes close except maybe GTA San Andreas or Skyrim. Even some of the songs I bought from Itunes are from GTA Vice City and I play them while playing other video games.

I remember Descent, all the crazy twirling around used to make me vaguely nauseous.

My favorite music was Riven, especially around the frog pond.
