1. I'm at the beginning. Why can't I buy shotgun shells? I can buy pistol bullets, by choosing the basic pistol and buying rounds. But the basic shotgun isn't on the wall and I'm not able to select any other better shotguns. Seems weird.
2. Why did I go to sleep in the "safehouse" and then next time I started playing, woke up on the grass in the backyard?? Weird...
3. What the heck is a "NOOSE" as seen on the stats menu? Is it a Rockstar parody of a moose?
4. Darn, I wish it kept a tally of all your murders, instead of just "cop murders," "vehicular murders," and "murders since last safehouse visit." That's not a question I guess.

The "NOOSE' is the in game version of the SWAT, just like the FIB is based off the FBI.
Good find. I found it and let Michael and Franklin try their hand at flying it... they suck.
Also, if anyone tries to go there and get a helicopter, it might not be there at first (it wasn't for me). I just ran around the building then climbed back up and two were sitting there.
