I posted here back at the end of February that I was playing Genshin Impact. Still playing it. Im shocked actually at how enjoyable it is. Devs are investing millions into it as its one of (if not THE) hottest and most popular game right now.
Also, just started playing Call Of Duty - Cold War. This is yet another masterpiece in the COD multiplayer world. Only gotten up to level 30+, but it seems extremely well balanced, guns are great, anti-cheat devices they have seem to be working. Truly at super fun game with cool maps.

I'm really enjoying Cold War's online multiplayer as well, it's my favorite Black Ops games since BO2 came out in late 2012. Really happy that the Specialists from Black Ops 3 & 4 are gone since they seemed like variables that were impossible to balance properly.
Days Gone on PS4....really, really like it, and I normally hate zombie-related games. It's too bad it didn't do better commercially, because apparently Sony is not going through with a sequel.
Finished main and most of side quests of base Fallout 3 game, at around 60 hours of playing time. Thankfully got all the DLC with the game so starting Operation Anchorage now.
You don’t die but it affects your stats (health, stamina, dead eye) if you don’t sleep and eat. If you don’t eat regularly you become underweight and your health is lower, but stamina I think is higher. You can become overweight and then it’s vice versa. I think if you become low enough weight it affects your health core so you have much lower health.
If you don’t bathe regularly, one of the ladies in camp slaps you and forces you to take a bath I read. Thought I read one of the side missions won’t start either because the guy says you stink too much and doesn’t want to talk to you.
I got into a rhythm in the game where I would hunt after missions were completed, then eat and sleep whenever I set up camp to fast travel, so it didn’t become so tedious. Anytime I saw water nearby I’d run my horse through it to give both of us a bath.
Started Cyberpunk before Fallout 3, but never got back into it. What I played of it was meh, so we'll see when I get back to it.
