I think the best wifi online system is the Nintendo 3DS. Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 both had a lot of issues with freezing.problem is Nintendo doesnt run the sophisticated software like Xbox and Playstation.

1. You need an wired connection via cable or broadband.

2. The modem you are using is restricted to an certain speed. Mine was 80MB per second. Some modems offer 2Gigs per second.
