For me the number one is the Wii U, it is my favorite system hardware-wise since it allowed second-screen gaming something unique to other systems and still supported Wii-mote and Wii games. It was often mis-understood as another Wii system and failed with it's limited but robust library.
Other systems include Sega Saturn (though it did well in Japan) and Dreamcast (Sega's final call), Xbox (only had 4 years before it's 360 successor came out) and PS Vita (Sony's last handheld).
Personally, I really wish the Switch had better hardware components.
I am big into JRPGs. I just got done playing Bravely Default II a few weeks ago, but even on a simple game like that, the Switch has noticeable hitching and performance issues in places.
I never thought I'd be playing Octopath Traveler or going through FFX again on my Series X, but there is just no way the Switch would handle the FFX remaster anywhere nearly as well as the Xbox line.

That's the price of being portable, you got to sacrifice something to get another.
