I check the Target circular bright and early Sunday morning (I'm a morning person). If they are advertised in it they will have a certain number in each store (the time I got one it was 26). When I arrived about 2 minutes to 8AM on Sunday morning, the store manager gave me a number. I took the number, walked to electronics, waited in line, gave them my card and paid for it.

Most stores will have some available on Sundays. Get there early as they go fast. I know Toys R us had them every Sunday and there was always a line.
