Many movie fans have learned that the cheapest way to get films is to rent them from kiosks like the ones Redbox operates. These kiosks are popping up in all sorts of locations and many locations offer more than one kiosk in stores because of the high demand.
$2 a day is pretty expensive in video game terms- most games take a minimum of 10 hours to complete so I wouldn't suggest anyone to rent the games for long periods of time. However if a new release does come out I think it's acceptable to rent the game for 1 or 2 days to see if you like it before shelling out $60+.
