Can you safely charge an MP4 player (3.7 volt) with a 5 volt charger? My son has one, and this is the question he asked. We figured it may burn up his MP4 by using a 5 volt since the player is a 3.7 volt, but if we don't have to buy a charger that works for MP4's, then we can use the charger that does with his Nintendo DS. Thanks in advance.

worst case scenario: the battery and the charger BOTH burn out due to the mismatched voltage.

Thanks; that's pretty much what I figured.
