I make a simple home movie each year and include pictures and short videos set to music. This year I have a short video of a running dog that enters screen from right hand side, gets a little past mid-screen, stops, turns around and exits from the same side he entered. I would like to overlay the dog with text that covers him completely and follows him throughout the whole time (MAYBE 2 seconds). I believe it is called motion tracking text. Does anyone know of a fairly easy, pretty cheap software that I can download or buy to get this accomplished???
P.S. - I normally use windows movie maker but now I use whatever DVD creator with windows 10
