The suspect may still be at large. Hopefully this situation will be concluded soon. It hasn't been a good year for police officers in the US so far.

One officer reportedly killed, 3 others shot in Buchanan Co.

Buchanan Co. 911 dispatchers have confirmed that four police officers have been shot near the Devils Branch area outside of Grundy. It happened around 3 p.m. Sunday.

Well the way people have been arming themselves since the '08 election I'm not surprised that there's been an increase in anti-government gun violence.

I agree. I can't believe there is not more anger out there due to lack of jobs, the end of the "American Dream" as jobs continue to get shipped overseas and unions continue to become dismantled. It is either the "middle class" is not aware of whats happening(likely) or they have been denied the access to public education. The apathy out there astounds me, even among the minorities and shockingly among the young!
