Here https://www.virginia.gov/coronavirus/faq/

It says basically "closed until June 10." But I drove around today and lots of places were open, including restaurants (might have just been outside seating but still...). ?? Is this another classic example of govt competence in keeping us informed?

May be because no one enforces stupid unconstitutional orders?
Wow, I wish I didn't click on that link. Made me sure glad I left VA for good, and quite a quite ago, though I've been back on and off.
"Can I leave my house?" "Is interstate travel open?" What?
Its says "essential personnel" and supplies only interstate travel, basically. LOL. I can assure you it's not like that and never been like that for interstate travel even in the height of the covid-fraud-flu lie-pidemic.
King, Pharaoh or whoever, does not need to permit interstate travel (protected by Articles of Confederation) or allow people leave the house.

Here in Bristol, businesses are only doing the bare minimums. A large restaurant that also has a large dining area was using that dining area as a "lobby" last weekend. People would walk out to the outside bar, get a drink, and drink it inside, though there was officially no service there.
