I'm not sure what that means... can one not develop and/or changes their beliefs as they experience the world for themselves? Does the moon not have an effect on the planet as science has proven. Can we not predict the weather, or do we not travel via planes, or can we not treat certain ailments which all derived from scientific achievements?
