Anyone have thoughts about Fort Valley as a place to own a weekend home? Any development happening there?

I am in Edinburg which is right around the corner from FV. Beautiful place. Depending on where in FV you buy your internet and/or phone coverage may be impacted so check that well if it is important to you. It does have this coverage but it could be spotty in places. When you say development are you asking about housing? I've not heard of any plans for housing there in the sense of planned communities. FV Road turns into Camp Roosevelt Road at Edinburg Gap and then goes on to Luray. Scenic drive with some gorgeous valley views in places. If you are on Facebook there is a Fort Valley community page. Not overly active but you may be able to ask questions on there.
