Cheap? I doubt there is such a thing. Now quit them before it is too late. Buried both of my parents from Lung Cancer and she quit 30 years before being diagnosed and she passed within a month.

When I smoked as a teenager they were 40 Cents. I only smoked a half pack which cost me 20 Cents a day. Not long after I quit. One of the best decisions I ever made. But now people have 2 reasons. When I was in the store the other day, I saw a pack of Camels for $9. Today, not only do they rob your health, but your pocket too.

Well compared to NYC it is cheap. $14-16 a pack here.
I have heard some places in VA sell for around $6

And I thought $9 was crazy. I never heard of $16. Virginia still has a low tax per pack. Not as low as it used to be, but probably one of the lowest. After all, we used to grow a lot of it. Some farms still do, but not like years ago.

I just checked quick online and see that Virginia has the second lowest tax per pack in the US at 30 Cents. Missouri is the cheapest at 17 Cents.

There's a famous cigarette outlet in I think KENLY or SMITHFIELD, NC - midway through N.C. along I-95 that advertises with big billboards.

Also in King George, VA, but only if you're traveling via US 301 instead of I-95.

North Carolina or South Carolina would likely be cheaper.

if you're traveling north on I-95 you're probably best to exit at the 301 exit near Doswell and bypass I-95 north of Stafford whether you're buying cigarettes or not.
