Default ashburn

go to realtor.com website and enter what you want as far as price and bedrooms. There are about 20 TH under $450K that are 3bed 2.5-3 ba in the broadlands area alone. That is the back part of Asburn near the Greenway.

If I was going to buy in Ashurn I would buy in ASHBURN VILLAGE subdivison. That way you get acess to the sports pavillion included in your HOA fees. That is a huge bonus in this area!

You should check out Loudoun Valley Center, Broadlands South and Loudoun Valley Estates.

I live in Ashburn Village and have to concur that the Sports Pavillion is a terrific amenity to have. There are plenty of good townhomes in that price range, and below it here in Ashburn Village (20147) as well as the zip code you're looking at. The townhouses closest to the Sports Pavillion here, which are I believe, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with finished basements, are going for around 400K.

In the $450-480k range, I'd highly recommend Cascades over Ashburn (20165)

I did a quick search on Craig's and found this:

Hope this helps
