I am relocating to Germantown and am looking at temporarily living in the Fenestra Apts in Rockville overlooking Rockville Town Square. It will only be for 3-4months and since my company is footing the bill, the cost is not an issue for me right now. I checked out some reviews on an apartment rating site, but never know how much to trust those! Alot of the reviews were bad, stating poor management, some issues with crime, very thin walls, dirty, etc. Can anyone give me an honest review from someone who has either lived/lives there or knows someone that does/did? Since this will only be for about 3-4 months and not long term, some issues are not going to be a deal breaker for me, but I really would like to know what type of a place it is!! Thanks so much!!

Just wondering -- did anyone ever reply to your question concerning Fenestra? We're also considering living there for a few months only. If you ended up moving there, can you tell me how it was? Thanks.
