I'm basically stuck in a horrible housing situation right now. My room has practically no AC, no hot water or if there is hot water no water pressure, and sometimes just no water. On top of that my roommate/property manager is a complete nut job. He recently punched me in the face (he drinks a lot) after I took his dad (owns the house) and him to a $100 dinner and beers, then they call the cops on me, screaming for me to get out, knowing that I have pets and that's not legal. I have 2 other house mates, and apparently my roommate/property manager never told the girl house mate that I'm moving in with pets, where she's allergic to cats. Last I heard, they're moving out as well and this was before I even got there.

I'm paying about $1000 per month in NOVA. I want to move to silver spring near the metro.

I work in DC, but I don't mind the commute, as long as I could find a place where they're good with my pets.

I have one "worlds most likable" border collie (25 lbs) named Elly (house trained) and 2 cats that's very loving (all rescued). Elly is good with cats as well.

I'm looking for any place in Silver Spring near the walking distance to metro for $800 to $1300 that includes utilities. Ready to move, sign the lease, moved in by the 22nd of June 2010 or 30th of June.

Or any place near the metro.

I'm a 30 year old male graphic designer working in DC. I've basically emailed everyone on Craigslist and they all said "no pets allowed"...

Please help!

You could email me at plokivos@gmail.com

Thanks.
