I'm searching the web and have checked the BBB. Anyone with experience to share on this company (or recommendations of others from whom to get estimates?) Thanks.

WMAL 630 AM markets these windows all the time. During their AM Fred Grandy show they are constantly advertising and I think you get a discount if you mention Fred Grandy's name. Anyway, I've never heard anything bad about them but I haven't heard anything at all from consumers - don't know anyone that's used them. I'm sure they are out there (customers).

Small family owned business. Have known them for years. Father started in Annapolis, retired. Son's now running it. Since takingover they have expanded greatly, windows gutters and downspouts, siding, garage makeovers.
Had then replace all my windows gutters and down spots. Have recommended them to many friends. All happy.

I have a large house in which all the windows have been replaced in the past 5 years. I used 3 different companies to replace windows in different areas of the house. Of the 3, the Thompson Creek windows are far superior. They continue to be easy to open and close, are air tight and the glass stays at room temperature all year long, regardless of how cold it is outside. No condensation problems, I wish I had used them for all of my windows. They were more expensive than the other 2 companies I used but the product and installation is superior. Best of luck.

Some people in my neighborhood have used them and commented on the area litserv. Generally positive feedback with the one negative remark being that their spiel is annoying. A neighbor up the street is currently using them.
