i used to live on dudley court right across from the marriott. It was the best place i ever lived when I lived in MD. Super easy to downtown. easy access to 270, rockville pike and 495! I honestly loved living there!. I would jog every morning in the neighborhood and the park up on the hill is great if you have kids or a dog. can i say it again? I LOVED that area!

You know I drove by there this morning like I do every morning - and I thought to myself if I lived here I could of slept an extra 25 mins this morning...lol. Like the other poster said, excellent strategic location......

Unless you like rude staff and 2am fire alarm drills, do not move there! The people there are weird too. It's like a nursing home. My sister and her family just moved from the Promenade and they hated it. Sure it's close to everything but they didn't like their time there at all.
