I put this together to try to clear things up when the new Census info is released this year. In the 2000 Census, Upper Marlboro was split into 4 areas: Upper Marlboro (incorporated town), 'Greater Upper Marlboro', Rosaryville, and Marlton, and data was released for those areas only.

For the 2010 Census, Upper Marlboro was split up into several smaller areas: Upper Marlboro (incorporated town), Brock Hall, Marlboro Village, Marlboro Meadows, Queentown, Queen Anne, Westphalia, Melwood, Rosaryville, Marlton, and Croom. They will release data for each of these areas individually.

I know that most people already know which of these areas their neighborhood will fall in to, but I map a map of the boundaries that the Census is using for these areas in case any one was curious.
